Commercial real estate
Commercial property, read by someone who knows how buildings are made.
Buying, selling or leasing office, retail, industrial, restaurant, multifamily or land in Connecticut and New York. My background is three decades in high-end construction and restoration, so I look at the building, the zoning and the numbers together before you commit.

Who I work with
Owners, buyers, tenants and investors.
Pricing grounded in the property’s condition, zoning and income, and marketing on national commercial marketplaces, including Crexi and LoopNet.
Searches and market research backed by CoStar data, plus a construction-side read of the building before you are under contract.
Finding space that fits how your business actually works, then going through the lease terms with you and your attorney before you sign.
Positioning and marketing vacant space, and screening prospective tenants with you.
Before you commit
Zoning, condition and cost, in plain terms.
A commercial deal often turns on what the town will allow and what the building will need. I can research a property’s zoning and approval path, and tell you what I see in the roof, the masonry and the structure, so the surprises come before the contract instead of after.
How it works
Where I work
Licensed in Connecticut and New York. I represent commercial clients on properties in both states.
I have relationships with clients that have a presence all over the country. If your property is in another state, call me first and I’ll connect you with a licensed commercial agent there.
