This Privacy Policy explains what information nietoproperties.com (the “site”) collects, how Nieto Properties (“we,” “us”) uses it, and the choices you have.
Nieto Properties is the personal brand of Marc Nieto, a licensed real estate salesperson, and is not an official Epique Realty website. Real estate services are brokered by Epique Realty.
Information you give us
You may give us the following information:
- In the contact form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), what you are interested in, the town or property address you mention, and your message.
- In the Home Value and Zoning Check tools: the property address you enter and your contact details.
- In the client questionnaire or client portal, if you choose to work with us: details about your home or home search, your goals and timeline, and your account sign-in details.
- When you register for or use the property search on the site, which is provided by Lofty: for example your name, email address, phone number, saved searches and favorite homes.
- Anything you tell us by phone, email or text message.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the site, our systems and the services we use may record your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the website you came from, and the marketing source (such as a campaign link) that brought you here. When you send us a contact form, we save that source information with your inquiry so we know which of our channels is working. The property search sets a cookie that gives your browser an anonymous visitor ID, and it may record the searches you run and the homes you view. Our security tools log IP addresses and sign-in attempts to protect the site.

Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:
- Lofty, the customer-relationship and property-search platform we use. Your inquiries are sent there so we can follow up.
- Epique Realty, the licensed brokerage through which all real estate services are provided, which may receive your information to supervise transactions, keep required records and comply with the law.
- Service providers such as web hosting, security and email-delivery companies, which handle information only to provide their service to us.
- People involved in your transaction, such as lenders, attorneys, inspectors and other agents, when you ask us to or when it is needed to carry out your transaction.
- Authorities, when the law requires it or when needed to protect rights and safety.
Text messaging
If you check the optional text-message box on a form on this site, you agree to receive text messages from Marc Nieto regarding real estate services, property inquiries, scheduling, and related communications. Checking the box is not required to submit a form or use any service, and it is not a condition of buying or selling a home.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time, and we will stop texting you.
We use your mobile number only to send the messages you asked for. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We do not sell, rent or share mobile numbers with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Our messaging platform and wireless carriers handle messages only to deliver them for us.
If you receive an email from us, you can ask us to stop at any time by replying to the message or using the unsubscribe link when one is included.
Cookies
The site uses cookies that are needed for it to work (such as sign-in and cookie preferences) and cookies from the property search. The cookie notice on the site lets you manage your preferences.
