I’m Marc Nieto. I was born and raised in Westchester County, and I spent more than thirty years in high-end construction and restoration across Westchester and Fairfield counties before moving into real estate full time in 2022.
I bought my first property in 1999 and have been a buyer, an investor and a flipper ever since, taking the renovation risk with my own money on my own deals. I studied Architectural Design at Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston, and I speak English and Spanish.
Where I practise
Nieto Properties is my personal brand. I am a licensed real estate salesperson with Epique Realty, where I am an Area Leader, and all real estate services are provided through Epique Realty. I serve Fairfield County, Connecticut and Westchester County, New York, with a focus on Greenwich and the surrounding area.
Beyond the transaction
I founded REMEx, the Real Estate and Mortgage Exchange, a free monthly networking night for real estate and mortgage professionals from every brokerage. REMEx is a separate business I founded and is not part of Epique Realty.
